CEO’s are the champions of diversity for an organization. They lead by example. Their public stance and transparency on DE&I establish the tone.

– Alex Gorski CEO Johnson & Johnson
MEASURE WHAT MATTERS
Identification and integration of DE&I metrics for all business unit and functional leaders is non-negotiable. Executives must hold leaders accountable by reinforcing performance achievements and issue resolution.
